Cake Crafts have designed this site to be as easy to use and as accessible as possible. We try to ensure that our prices are correct and are checked and updated regularly. Orders will only be processed once the description and prices of goods ordered are checked and will then be dispatched. If we discover any errors then we will notify the customer as soon as possible and will give you the option to complete your order.

Prices displayed on the website may differ from prices in store. Any sizes, weights or dimensions are given as an approximation only.

Payment Information
Customers are responsible for submtting their own payment details. Cake Crafts cannot be held responsible for loss or damage which may arise from insecure transactions.

Stock Availability
All orders are subject to availabilty. If an item is out of stock then Cake Crafts will endeavor to send the item to you in good time. If an item is permanently out of stock then an alternative replacement will be offered.

Items marked s/o are special order, with an approximate dispatch of 7-14 working days.

Errors
Any damages, discrepancies or shortages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned within 7 days in an unused condition.

Order Acknowledgment
All orders submitted with a valid email address will receive email confirmation once we have received your order and again when dispatched.

Delays
Occasionally your goods may be delayed. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any problems.

Cancellation Rights, Refunds and Returns
Goods can only be returned by prior arrangement. Refunds will be given by the same means of payment. If payment is made by cheque, refunds will only be given once the cheque has cleared. Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned. Goods returned for any reason other than damaged or faulty will be subject to a handling fee. Post and packaging charges will only be refunded on damaged or faulty goods.
